Additional Fees

An airport fee is included in all services to and from the airport for private service; positioning fees may apply on point-to-point charters. Total costs, including gratuity, taxes, and tolls, may apply to some services. A $10 extra stop charge applies to additional stops on exclusive airport/private service.


Baggage Policy: Baggage is limited to one standard-sized checked piece of luggage (each piece not to exceed 70 pounds and/or 62 inches total dimensions) and one carry-on (not to exceed 45 inches total dimensions) per traveling guest. Additional or oversized pieces may be subject to an extra seat charge.

Wear and Tear: The company is not responsible for marks, scratches, broken handles, or other damages associated with normal use, wear and tear of luggage.

Carry-On Items: All items are considered carry-on luggage. The company is not responsible for loss or damage unless it can be shown that the company was negligent.

Notification of Lost Items or Damage: Amigo Express Limo must be notified of any loss or damage within 24 hours of transportation.

Lost Items: Recovered items will be retained for 30 days after notification. After 30 days, unclaimed items will be disposed of.


  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required for limousine reservations.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.
  • Balances must be paid in full 7 days before the reservation, or it will be canceled.
  • To cancel, contact us 72 hours before the service to avoid no-show charges.
  • Clients are responsible for any damages in the limo. No smoking, vaping, or drug use; a cleaning fee of $500 will be charged if found.
  • Cancellation for any reason allows the use of the deposit (minus a 25% penalty) towards any future booking within one year.

Credit Card Policy

  • For phone reservations, credit cards are charged when booking. Web reservations require prepayment.
  • All transactions above $100.00 (one-way) are charged at least 48 hours before service.


An optional tip is appreciated. A 20% mandatory gratuity is added to the base fare for certain services.


  • Fully licensed, bonded, and insured.
  • Limitations of Liability: Carrier is not liable for delays beyond its control.


  • Vehicle types may vary, but efforts are made to ensure the same class and quality.
  • A 15-minute grace period is provided; after that, an hourly charge applies.


  • Unaccompanied minors (8-15 years old) on exclusive airport service require a permission form.
  • Children age 16 and over can ride unaccompanied on shuttle ride service.


  • Drivers can deny or remove any person for disruptive behavior, intoxication, or objectionable conduct.

Damage Policy and Fees

  • Customers are responsible for damages, with a minimum charge of $200.00.

Refund/Return Policy

  • Refunds for cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in the Cancellation section of the Terms and Conditions.
  • All no-shows are non-refundable.
  • Any refundable amount will be processed within [insert time period].
  • Donations are non-refundable; all transactions are final.

Privacy Policy

  • We collect and store personal information for the sole purpose of providing transportation services.
  • Information is not shared with third parties except as required by law.
  • Security measures are in place to protect your personal information.
